Are all your products organic?

Yes! All our products are made with mostly all organic ingredients. You'll see on our label an asterisk with those that are organic. A few are not.

Are your snacks really made fresh?

YES, all our products are made fresh weekly using the freshest ingredients.

Are your snacks Non GMO?

Absolutely. 

Are your snacks vegetarian?

Yes!

How does the food stay fresh in transit?

We ship all our products in a thermal lined box with multiple ice packs. To guarantee freshness, please place your snacks in the refrigerator immediately upon receiving.

Are your snacks allergen friendly?

While we do our best to be allergen friendly, some of our snacks contain dairy and sesame products. We are free from all other allergens.

Are your snacks produced in a facility that is free from tree nuts?

Our products are free from nuts and tree nuts, however the facility where products are produced is not certified nut-free. 

Where do you ship/deliver?

We currently ship to all 48 states in the contiguous US.

How long will it take to get my order once I’ve purchased it?

We ship out Monday - Wednesday.  Flat Rate Shipping orders will be shipped out 2-7 days from the order date. You will receive a notification with a tracking number.

I ordered both snacks and crackers, why do they come in separate shipments?

Our fresh snacks are shipped via 2-day transit to ensure that they arrive to you chilled. Crackers are usually shipped via UPS Ground and should get to you within 5 days of shipment. Be sure to check your order notifications, because you'll receive 2 shipping links. 

What is your packaging made out of?

• Our snack containers are made with EcoStar® post-consumer recycled PET material

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! We encourage you to place the snack containers in the blue trash can at school or at home. Better yet, save them and do something fun with them - make a paint palette or organize tiny toys. Also, take note! The outer sleeve is also a coloring page and gratitude journal. Keep that and up-cycle for your next "I just need to doodle" moment.

What is Sunnie’s shelf life?

Hummus & Flatbread Pizza Dipper are fresh 60 days from date of production

Jam Dipper is fresh for 80 days from date of production

All products are clearly marked with a "best by" date
